Derma Herald

Editorial policy

Dermaherald publishes sourced operational records without ranking clinics, endorsing treatments, interpreting suitability, or converting missing information into assumptions.

Accuracy and context

Records use clinic-owned pages for clinic claims and official public registries for administrative status. Copy distinguishes the source type and never expands a field into an endorsement.

Evidence and attribution

Every populated fact has a dated source trail. Names, addresses, hours, doctors, menus, prices, languages, and booking channels are checked independently, and conflicts remain visible until resolved.

Field status

A blank field means no acceptable public source was found. A clinic statement is identified as clinic-supplied; official registry status is checked against the relevant public registry.

Updates and corrections

Material factual errors are corrected with a dated note. Routine rechecks update the Checked on date when the underlying fact has not materially changed.

Corrections

Reviews and outcomes

Dermaherald does not publish ratings, testimonials, patient reviews, before-and-after material, or treatment outcomes, and does not infer quality from directory inclusion.

Health information boundary

Coverage is limited to sourced directory facts and does not diagnose, recommend treatment, compare clinical efficacy, assess suitability, or replace consultation with a qualified clinician.
